Scope and purpose of processing of provided personal data
By providing your personal data to the extent set out below, you give your consent to Sweet Epil (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) to process it.
The Administrator processes the personal data provided solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the supply of ordered goods and services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 June 2016 4. 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (‘the Regulation’), the following personal data:

delivery and billing address
e-mail address
IP address
phone number
account number
For the delivery of ordered goods and services, we need to process the name, surname, e-mail address, delivery and billing address, IP address and account number (in case of payment by transfer to the account). This is made possible by the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of the performance of the contract between you and the Administrator , no more than ten years after the last order was placed, unless you give the Administrator your consent to further processing it. The IP address is monitored for system security reasons, not for marketing purposes.
The processing of personal data is primarily carried out by the Administrator.

Under the Regulation, you have the right to:
Request information about what (your) personal data we process, to request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data, to request access to this data and have the relevant data updated or corrected, to request the erasure of personal data – erasure will result in termination of the contract negotiations in case of your doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data you can contact us ( Administrator primarily), or to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Personal data security
We declare that we have taken all technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
We have taken technical measures to secure data and personal data repositories in paper form (protection of printed invoices, contracts). We declare that only persons authorized by the Administrator have access to the personal data.
