The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 6 hours before the reservation time. If you cancel your reservation less than 6 hours before the reservation time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 500 CZK.
For effective waxing by the Sweet Epil method, it is necessary that the hair is min. 0.5 cm long, so do not shave for about 14 days before waxing! Unfortunately, if the hair is shorter than 0.5 cm, waxing cannot be performed. Furthermore, please do not treat the skin with any cream (already the day before and on the day of waxing). Otherwise, no special preparing is required before visiting the studio (except for a regular shower).
